What are your credentials?
I use a variety of tools and techniques to empower clients to make the changes they want in their lives, on their own accord. I do not “coach” or instruct. My personal style has always been to gently guide, and as of this past Spring, I’ve been certified as a Traumatic Incident and Life Stress Reduction therapist.
Why do I need trauma reduction?
Traumatic experiences get stored in your nervous system. You may feel like you’re managing just fine, but eventually trauma will get re-triggered later in life. unless you face it head on and heal with professional and utmost careful guidance. People claim trauma isn’t treatable, but a certified trauma reduction therapist can gently assist you in the reduction of charged emotions, relationships, experiences, thoughts. or whatever is causing you stress.
How long do sessions last?
A typical empowerment session or trauma reduction session is booked for 1 hour. Depending on availability of the coach and client, a 2 hour trauma assessment session is optimal for trauma reduction.
Where are sessions held?
The sessions are held virtually in the comfort of your own space, over Zoom. No driving is required.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, credit cards are accepted. Debit and e-transfers are accepted as well.
What are your rates?
Your first consultation is FREE to explore your needs and to determine if we’re a good fit. I will refer or suggest better resources for your needs.
My coaching rate is $200 per hour.
My coaching rate is $200 per hour.
How long before any progress?
Depending on the client’s needs and mindset, progress is typically reported within the first session. If the client needs multiple sessions to progress, that’s perfectly fine too, but in my experience progress is felt within 1-3 sessions.
Do you have any success stories?
Yes! Please read through my client testimonials for how they have been empowered.
Can I improve my work ethic with your coaching?
Yes, you can improve any aspect of your life.
